DGS's car - he has sold (is selling) his orange bug to his mother and bought a Mercedes! Okay, it is about his age (18) and he's having some "issues" getting it to pass smog but this is now his car and he is beyond jazzed. He puts on his fancy-schmancy sport coat over a rock T and struts out the door. Looking and feeling mighty fine. No such thing as spare change anymore - it all goes for insurance and gas.

How cool is that? The first car my youngest son bought was a "vintage" BMW 2002 (the model not the year). It was faded red/rust and he spent every penny he earned restoring the car. He sold it when he married. Got a good deal both ways....good wife, good price for the car! Your DGS will be a babe magnet!
DGS will like hearing that! DD has alwlays wanted a daughter and her best bet now is a good daughter-in-law. When the time comes, I hope DGS is as lucky as your son and gets a good wife. And a good price for the car would be okay too!
